“Jesse came to our home last week. We had a suspected water line break. There was definitely a break at the meter too. Richmond city DPU was adamant the largest of the tow leaks was our problem and not theirs and said they would be out in a couple weeks as they are understaffed. After coming to our home to provide a quote for boring a new line (which is very expensive), Jesse recommended we push the city to come out and resolve a break at our meter first. After many calls, the city came. They said they would fix the meter that day, but were very confident we also still had an additional leak on our line. Finally the meter was replaced.
